About the Session:

Split-second decision making, tough calls, and high ethical standards are all things public safety professionals and leaders have in common. Leaders are often tasked with making good decisions based on the information provided and following through. Ben Haiman, Executive Director for the Center for Public Safety and Justice, and Josh Ederheimer, Assistant Professor of Practice and Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, will discuss takeaways from careers and experience in law enforcement  and how these can help leaders overcome challenges, no matter the industry.
