To prepare chiefs of staff and other senior leaders within agencies to best serve their agencies and communities, The University of Virginia's Center for Public Safety and Justice, Chief of Staff Association, and the National Association of Professional Staff in Public Safety launched the Chief of Staff Certification with Executive Coaching. This virtual panel will explore the skills necessary to excel in the chief of staff role and how to continue to develop and grow in the role.
